Sizing

Solovairs are quite small sizing, if you are for example a UK 8 and sometimes an 8.5, this will be one of the times you’d order an 8.5. They will give about a quarter of a size over time.

Carefully measure your longest foot from heel to toe, add 8mm and use this figure for the chart below. Sizing for 8-eye Derby Boots shown.

Returns

If they are the wrong size not a problem, happens all the time! Just send them back unmarked and uncreased in the original packaging and we will gladly swap them for another size.

You cover return postage and we will cover postage back out to you :-) If you require a second or further size swap we’ll ask you to cover postage both ways.

Refunds

We don’t provide a refund if you change your mind but happy to replace.

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $300, usually via Aramex but sometimes Australia Post. A signature on delivery is required. Express postage is an option available at checkout, via Australia Post for $19 Australia wide.
However, if a product is purchased via Klarna it does not qualify for free shipping, we will be in touch and will need to sort a shipping payment of $19 standard post or $29 express Australia wide to cover Klarna fees.
